- It provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection and effectively controls a wide range of microorganisms at economical use levels.
- It shows long-term storage stability and compatibility in aqueous-based systems.
- It is free from isothiazolinones and can be used as both a wet-state and dry-film preservative.
- It is not compatible with oxidizing agents such as peroxides and hypohalites.
- It can be used in paints and other water-based coatings with 0.05-0.5% use level.
- It is also used in pigment dispersions, inks, and colorants with 0.1-0.4% use level.
- It has a shelf life of 12 months.
