Mergal® 186 by Arxada is a liquid in-container preservative. It is designed for use in aqueous products and is effective in preserving water-based materials such as latex paints. It provides broad-spectrum protection, is heat stable up to 80°C, non-yellowing, easy to handle and incorporate. It offers excellent paint buffering capability, and is a cost-effective solution. Mergal® 186 has a shelf life of 36 months.
