AQUAREZ PVB DP415-247 by Aquaspersions is a low viscosity, water-based dispersion of recycled (post-consumer) polyvinyl butyral plasticized with castor oil. It is based on a high molecular weight polymer. It is free from APEO surfactants and contains zero VOC. It possesses superior tensile strength and forms a tough, transparent film when dried at room temperature. It offers increased water resistance. It provides storage stability and low sedimentation. It shows excellent adhesion to many substrates, including glass, wood and metal. It is compatible with water-based polymer dispersions. AQUAREZ PVB DP415-247 is suitable for use in protective- and strippable coatings.
