AQUAREZ PVB DP 596-36

AQUAREZ PVB DP 596-36 by Aquaspersions is a zero-VOC, water-based dispersion of recycled polyvinyl butyral (PVB) plasticized with triethylene glycol bis(2-ethylhexanoate). It is based on a higher molecular weight polymer. It offers superior tensile strength and forms a tough, transparent film when dried at room temperature. It provides good storage stability, low sedimentation and adhesion to many substrates. AQUAREZ PVB DP 596-36 is recommended for use in protective-, strippable- and industrial coatings. It is also used as a binder in applications ranging from floor coverings to textiles.

40% AQUALINK U DISPERSION

40% AQUALINK U DISPERSION by Aquaspersions is a dispersion of blocked TDI dimer. Acts as a crosslinker. It is miscible in water and exhibits barely perceptible odor. Recommended for many types of polyurethane dispersions (PUD'S). Can also be used to formulate water-based alternatives to solvent borne systems. It should not be used with strong acids, strong bases and nitrates.

AQUAREZ PVB DP415-185 by Aquaspersions is a low viscosity, water-based dispersion of recycled (post-consumer) polyvinyl butyral plasticized with castor oil. It is based on a high molecular weight polymer. It is free from APEO surfactants and contains zero VOC. It possesses superior tensile strength and forms a tough, transparent film when dried at room temperature. It shows increased water resistance. It provides storage stability and low sedimentation. It shows excellent adhesion to many substrates, including glass, wood and metal. It is compatible with water-based polymer dispersions. AQUAREZ PVB DP415-185 is suitable for use in protective- and strippable coatings and as a textile binder.
