EBECRYL® 4491 by allnex is an unsaturated, aliphatic urethane acrylate supplied in 20% isobornyl methacrylate (IBOMA). It is designed for use in formulations of ultraviolet (UV) and electron beam (EB) energy curable coatings. Coatings based on this product are characterized by very high flexibility and elongation at break. Cured films display rubber-elastic properties and is suitable for spraying, roller- and curtain coating. Used for printing on wood, cork, furniture, paper, parquet, plastics, glass and films. It can also be used to formulate temporary (strip) coatings. The shelf life of EBECRYL® 4491 is 24 months.
