ADDITOL® XL 6593 by allnex is a cationic, high molecular wetting and dispersing agent for inorganic and organic pigments. It improves gloss and levelling. It permits a higher pigmentation of the mill base without increasing viscosity and shortens the dispersing time. It is suitable for use in aromatic free solvent-borne car repair and industrial paints. It has high colloidal stability and do not cause the pigments to re-flocculate. It is used in automotive OEM/ refinishing basecoats & topcoats, marine & protective, metal, industrial mono & topcoats, construction, architectural coatings, colorants and highly loaded pigment pastes. Recommended dosage level is 4.0-5.0% (for titanium dioxide), 15.0-20.0% (inorganic pigments), 30.0-60.0% (organic pigments), 80.0-100.0% (carbon black) and 4.0-5.0% (titanium dioxide). The shelf life of ADDITOL® XL 6593 is 730 days.
