ACURE™ 510-104

ACURE™ 510-104 by allnex is a malonate-functional polyester resin designed for use as a donor resin in ACURE systems. It provides excellent hardness development and improved early hardness development due to the increased functionality and resulting cross-link density (as compared to ACURE™ 510-100). It offers improved drying performance coupled with excellent outdoor durability and outstanding chemical resistance. Paints formulated with this resin generally exhibit long pot lives and tuneable open times. ACURE™ 510-104 is preferably used in combination with other AACURE™ malonated polyesters to tune the cross-link density and related properties of the formulation. It is used in extremely fast-drying topcoats for industrial, ACE, marine & protective, wood and various premium, non-isocyanate topcoat systems. The shelf life of this resin is 365 days from the date of manufacturing.
