SAYTEX® CP-2000 by Albemarle is a highly pure tetrabromobisphenol A flame retardant containing very stable aromatic bromine. SAYTEX® CP-2000 is used as a reactive intermediate with epoxy, vinyl esters, and polycarbonate systems, or as an additive in ABS. It provides very good processability, impact strength, and moderate-range UV stability. SAYTEX® CP-2000 can be used with a synergist such as antimony oxide for maximum flame-retardant performance.
