AKNATE 25-1300 by Aekyung Chemical is an aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI) trimer. Provides excellent weathering-, chemical- and abrasion
resistance. It has excellent gloss and color retention. It offers better weathering performance.
- It is ideal for formulating high solid systems due to low viscosity.
- It can be formulated in clear and pigmented two component urethane systems.
- AKNATE 25-1300 can be blended with a variety of other aliphatic and aromatic polyisocyanates.
- It shows good compatibility with many hydroxyl functional polymers such as polyesters, polyacrylates and polyethers.
- Recommended for heavy duty protective coatings, automotive refinish and OEM applications.
