AEPD® VOX 1000

AEPD® VOX 1000 by Advancion (formerly ANGUS) is a neutralizing amine-based viscosity depressant. It has a very mild odor, high boiling point and low vapor pressure. It helps control pH, while improving pigment dispersion, resulting in lower primary dispersant levels.

• It is high purity, thermally stable and resistant to yellowing
• It is used as a compatibilizer and stabilizer for emulsions and water-based formulations.
• It also acts as co-dispersant for pigments, extenders, and other particulate and slurry systems.
• It helps to extend the microbial resistance in certain waterborne formulations (including mineral slurries) when used in combination with approved biocides, supporting the development of green label/ eco-label coatings formulations.
• AEPD® VOX 1000 is ideal for low-VOC, low-emission waterborne paints and coatings.
• It is suitable for use in water-based architectural & industrial coatings, automotive coatings, inks and overprint varnish.
