SURFADOL® 541PG

SURFADOL® 541PG by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic dynamic wetting agent and molecular defoamer. It is silicone- & APEO-free and non-toxic grade. It offers ability to wet contaminated substrates and non-micelle forming properties. It prevents surface defect problems such as fisheyes, crawling and cratering on low-energy substrates. Improves pigment grind efficiency and reduces water sensitivity & microfoam in spray-applied systems. It has low equilibrium & dynamic surface tension and good foam control. It also lubricates, wets and prevents smut formation while eliminating hot spots in metalworking fluids. It is specially designed for water-based systems. It is recommended for use in printing inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic and inkjets. SURFADOL® 541PG is also used in automotive OEM & cathodic electrophoretic paints, industrial-, wood- & PTFE coatings and electroplating solutions. The suggested use level is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. The shelf life of the grade is 48 months from the date of manufacture. It complies with REACH, FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300 and China GB 9685-2016.
