SURFADOL® 541E

SURFADOL® 541E by ACME Tech. is a non-ionic dynamic wetting agent and molecular defoamer. It is non-toxic, silicone- & APEO-free grade. It has low equilibrium & dynamic surface tension and good foam control. It offers the ability to wet contaminated substrates and non-micelle forming properties. It prevents surface defect problems such as fisheyes, crawling and cratering on low-energy substrates. Improves flow & pigment grind efficiency and reduces water sensitivity & microfoam in spray-applied systems. It also lubricates, wets and prevents smut formation while eliminating hot spots in metalworking fluids. It is designed for use in water-based systems. It is recommended for use in printing inks, overprint varnishes, flexographic and inkjets. It is also used in automotive OEM & cathodic electrophoretic paints, industrial-, wood- & PTFE coatings and electroplating solutions. The suggested use level of this grade is 0.2-2.0% of total formulation weight. The shelf life of SURFADOL® 541E is 48 months from the date of manufacture. It complies with REACH, FDA 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300 and China GB 9685-2016.
