VISCOPOL™ 6180 by allnex is a low foaming, very hard, anionic polystyrene emulsion grade. It offers excellent water and grease resistance. It provides excellent gloss, adhesion and mechanical shear stability. It has excellent block resistance and transfer properties with wide solvent tolerance. VISCOPOL™ 6180 is used in both flexographic & gravure printing inks, overprint lacquers, paper & board coatings and water based OPVs targeting graphics applications. It has a shelf life of 12 months.

LIPATON™ SB 49B40 distributed by DKSH is a binder for sealants and anti-corrossion paints.

• It is an anionic, carboxylated styrene-butadiene copolymer latex containing a non-staining antioxidant.
• It is used for the manufacture of flexible one-component liquid-applied damp proof membranes.
• It is specially designed to meet environmental market requirements.
• It exhibits low water uptake and reduced water permeability.
• It forms an elastic polymer film with good adhesion to mineral surfaces.
• It is mainly applied in filler-compounded membranes used as waterproofing systems under tiles.

AXILAT™ PSB 150 distributed by DKSH is a redispersible powder for dry mix. It is a styrene butadiene copolymer powder resin.

• It redisperses to a particle size that is one-tenth of conventional latex powders, resulting in a very high binder power and enhanced adhesion for end use formulations.
• It is highly recommended for gypsum-based applications.
• AXILAT™ PSB 150 has a shelf life of 6 months.
• It has very good alkali resistance.

Styronal® NX 4222X by BASF is a carboxylated styrene/ butadiene dispersion. It is added as a preservative to coating products. It is recommended to protect them from microbial attack, particularly if the pH lies in the neutral range.

Styronal® ND 811 by BASF is a carboxylated styrene/butadiene dispersion. It is used as a glossy additive, binder for nonwoven and coating applications. It offers stiffness and toughness. Suitable for paper- and paperboard coatings. The pH value of pigment slurries should be in the neutral-to-alkaline range before product is added. Rotary displacement pumps are recommended for coating colors prepared with Styronal® ND 811.

Styronal® BN 4606 X by BASF is a carboxylated styrene, butadiene copolymer dispersion. It has a good balance of binding strength, sheet and print gloss. Provides excellent runnability, especially in high solids coatings. Suitable for paper- and paperboard coatings. The pH value of pigment slurries should be in the neutral-to-alkaline range before product is added. Rotary displacement pumps are recommended for coating colors prepared with Styronal® BN 4606 X.

Styronal® ND 656 by BASF is an aqueous dispersion of a carboxylated styrene, butadiene copolymer. It is used for facer coatings applications.

Butofan® 2469 by BASF is cold polymerized butadiene/styrene dispersion. It can be protected from microbial attack by adding preservative, if pH lies in the neutral range. Butofan® 2469 is recommended for coating applications.

LIPATON™ SB 47B40 distributed by DKSH is a binder for sealants and anti-corrossion paints.

LIPATON XA 562 distributed by DKSH is an aqueous high solids dispersion of a styrene-butadiene copolymer.

• It contains a cationic emulsifier system, is free from solvents and plasticizers and does not contain antioxidant.
• It is a cationic synthetic SBR latex.
• It has exceptionally high solids content and a very low glass transition temperature.
• It is especially suitable for modification of cationic bitumen emulsions used in road maintenance.
