EBECRYL® 811 by allnex is a UV or EB curable polyester acrylate. Inks made using EBECRYL® 811 obtain excellent adhesion to calendered vinyl, polystyrene, polyolefins and PVC. It offers excellent water balance for printing on non-absorbent substrates along with very low misting. It is recommended for offset inks, specifically for printing credit cards and smart cards. It is also used for printing on plastic signage and banners as well as containers.

EBECRYL® 5848 by allnex is a low-VOC epoxidized soya oil acrylate based in part on renewable resources. It is a BPA (Bisphenol A)- and solvent-free grade. It enhances adhesion and flexibility when used as a modifier in inks and clear or pigmented coatings on paper, wood and metal.
- It exhibits good compatibility, long pot-life, faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, lower energy consumption and low flammability.
- It provides moderate viscosity, improved flow & levelling, good surface appearance and good pigment- & substrate wetting in ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) energy curable inks & coatings.
- It offers high gloss potential, improved hardness and good hydrophilic-lipophilic balance for lithography.
- Formulated UV/EB curable products may be applied via direct or reverse roll, offset gravure, metering rod, slot die, knife over roll, air knife, curtain, immersion & spin coating methods and flexographic, lithographic and screen printing.
