SETALUX® 1801 SA-53 by allnex is a non-aqueous dispersion resin containing acrylic copolymers. It possesses good application properties and color retention. SETALUX® 1801 SA-53 provides solid color and metallic finishes for automotive industry in combination with thermosetting acrylic resin.

Chroma-chem® 844-9451 distributed by DKSH is a high performance, non-aqueous quinacridone violet pigment. It is dispersed in a proprietary acrylic resin vehicle that provides excellent wetting and dispersing properties superior to other acrylic resins available.

• It contains a carefully selected and unique blend of vehicle, solvent, pigment and additives to yield acceptance in a wide range of non-aqueous coatings applications.
• Designed to minimize the dispersing resin and additive levels.
• It is exceptional for the universal tinting of solvent-based industrial coatings.

SYLOID® 7000 distributed by DKSH is a wax treated, synthetic amorphous silica with special organic treatment. It acts as a matting agent. It exhibits high porosity, high matting effect, ease of dispersion, excellent film clarity and film smoothness.

• It offers excellent optical properties in wet paint and dried coating film.
• It is suitable for use in high quality water-borne and solvent-borne coatings for furniture, artificial and natural leather, automotive plastic parts, foils, laminates, and UV-curable acrylate systems.
• SYLOID® 7000 has a shelf life of 12 months.
• It is available in Asia and Europe.

SETALUX® D A 365 BA/X by allnex is acrylic polyol with 4.5% hydroxyl content (calculated on non-volatiles). It exhibits high hardness and toughness with good flexibility, high gloss and body. It shows excellent weather stability, light fastness, and good resistance to solvents and petrol. It is used in combination with Desmodur® N and N 3390 to formulate two-component polyurethane coatings with excellent gloss retention and chalking resistance. SETALUX® D A 365 BA/X is suitable for air-drying vehicle repair paints. It has a shelf life of at least 730 days.

MONARCH® 1300 distributed by DKSH is a special high color black pigment. It provides standard high color jetness. It is designed to use in both water and solvent based formulations. It is suitable for wood and electronics coatings.

• It offers relative ease of dispersion compared to other products in this range.
• It is designed for liquid-, powder-, automotive-, and industrial coating applications.
• MONARCH® 1300 is available in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Myanmar, and India.

BLACK PEARLS® 120 distributed by DKSH is a cost-effective, general purpose low color black pigment. It is used as a tinting black in plastics or coatings applications. This economical pigment black can allow higher loadings in most systems and offers very blue undertones. It is also available in an easier to disperse powdered form.

• It offers excellent rub resistance, good viscosity, and flow properties.
• It is recommended for underbody/underhood automotive, general industrial, or architectural trade sales applications where high jetness is not required.
• It can be easily dispersed using a high speed disperser or sandmill for liquid coatings or a single screw extruder for powder coatings.
• It is also used in general dispersions, paper applications, printing inks, concrete, and cement applications.
• BLACK PEARLS® 120 is available in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Myanmar.

MONARCH® 1400 distributed by DKSH is a high carbon black pigment. It imparts high masstone jetness, higher color strength & blue undertone in both solvent- and aqueous systems. It offers strong color properties such as those used in automotive base coats. MONARCH® 1400 is used in industrial liquid-, and powder coatings. It is available in Belgium, Luxembourg, Myanmar, and Netherlands.

CYMEL® 5010B by allnex is a partially n-butylated benzoguanamine resin supplied in n-butanol designed for solvent-based coatings. It imparts excellent adhesion and chemical resistance to the coating, but without the need for an external catalyst in the formulation. Exhibits corrosion resistance. It shows good compability with acrylic, alkyd, polyester and epoxy resins. Recommended for automotive primers, can & container coatings and coil coating primers. CYMEL® 5010B has a shelf life of 1080 days.

Tint-Ayd® CW 5228 distributed by DKSH is a resin-free, water-based, free-flowing phthalocyanine blue pigment dispersion. It is based on a blend of anionic and non-ionic additives that provides the synergistic benefit of exceptional pigment wetting and stabilization.

• It is stable, free-flowing, easy-to-use pigment concentrates designed for tinting and full pigmentation applications.
• It is freeze-thaw stable and does not support the growth of micro-organisms.
• It is formulated to be thixotropic to resist pigment settling and syneresis.
• It is compatible with water reducible and emulsion coatings systems such as acrylic, polyurethane (PUD) dispersion, vinyl acrylic, water-reducible acrylic, vinyl acetate, water-reducible alkyd, styrene-butadiene, water-reducible polyester, epoxy and water-reducible epoxy.
• It is suitable for in plant tinting and can be used as volumetrically dispensed colorants.
