B-Tough™ C2r by Cargill is a VOC-free, reactive epoxy functional toughening agent. It is a low viscous, non-migratory additive which is easy to handle and to formulate with. It offers good chemical resistance and excellent impact resistance, while absorbing mechanical stress without impacting hardness.

• It allows for the formulation of zero to low VOC epoxy coatings with the flexibility of a solid epoxy (1001 type) resin-based system and the hardness of a liquid epoxy (828 type) resin-based system.

Chroma-chem® 754-1020 distributed by DKSH is a white color pigment dispersion. It consists of organic and inorganic pigments milled in a 100% solids epoxy. The bis-A epoxy resin has an EEW value of 185 to 192. It is stabilized through a proprietary additive package to ensure excellent color control.

EBECRYL® 854 by allnex is an undiluted, UV/ electron beam (EB) energy-curable polyester acrylate resin. It is a low yellowing, medium viscosity grade. Cured films exhibit excellent adhesion, high toughness and good abrasion resistance. Recommended for parquet floor applications, furniture & plastic coating, and resilient flooring. Formulated products containing EBECRYL® 854 may be applied by direct or reverse roll coating methods.

Chroma-chem® 754-6010 distributed by DKSH is a safety yellow color pigment dispersion. It consists of organic and inorganic pigments milled in a 100% solids epoxy. Photomer® 4050 distributed by DKSH is an aliphatic difunctional acrylate of low viscosity, low volatility, good flexibility and reactivity. It is an effective reactive diluent with good viscosity reducing and solvency characteristics for a wide range of radiation curable oligomers and prepolymers monomer.

• It exhibits hardness, flexibility, yellowing resistance and adhesion properties.
• It is recommended for use in UV/EB curable coatings for flexible substrates such as paper/paper-board, plastic, metal, photo polymeric printing plates, no-wax vinyl tile flooring & sheeting and electronics market.
• Photomer® 4050 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Chroma-chem® 844-2852 distributed by DKSH is a high performance, non-aqueous organic yellow pigment. It is dispersed in a proprietary acrylic resin vehicle that provides excellent wetting and dispersing properties superior to other acrylic resins available.

• It contains a carefully selected and unique blend of vehicle, solvent, pigment and additives to yield acceptance in a wide range of non-aqueous coatings applications.
• Designed to minimize the dispersing resin and additive levels.
• It is exceptional for the universal tinting of solvent-based industrial coatings.
• Compatible with acrylic, polyester, cellulosic lacquer, vinyl lacquer, chlorinated rubber, alkyd, epoxy and polyurethane.

Photomer® 4362 distributed by DKSH is a propoxylated analogue of 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate. It is a very low irritation monomer that exhibits a higher degree of flexibility and moderate solvency as compared to standard HDDA.

• It is compatible with a variety of polyester, epoxy and urethane acrylate oligomers.
• It possesses reactivity, hardness, yellowing resistance, adhesion and pigment wetting properties.
• It imparts flexibility to relieve post-cure shrinkage stress.

Thetawet™ FS-8250 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a VOC-free, anionic fluorosurfactant which provides anti-blocking in paints, particularly elevated temperature block resistance. It is 28% active, water dispersible, very low foaming product.

• It offers excellent wetting and leveling benefits which improves pigment wetting and wetting of hard to wet surfaces.
• It extends open time of typical latex paint upto 2X and helps hide brush marks.
• It does not impart color or change the optical properties of the coating.
• It partially replaces coalescent solvents for further VOC formulation reductions.
• It orients and concentrates at all liquid interfaces, imparting release properties, improved weatherability, soil resistance and improved open time.
• It is ideal for use in VOC sensitive systems.
