VECTOR® 4118ND by TSRC Corporation is a linear styrene-isoprene block copolymer developed for low-oil or oil-free hot-melt adhesive formulations in label applications. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for removable PSAs and food contact labels aligned with EU regulatory requirements.</li> <li> It supports efforts to reduce or eliminate MOSH while delivering outstanding processability. </li> <li>With high diblock (SI) content, very low styrene, and a narrow molecular weight distribution, it is exceptionally soft-comparable to pure polyisoprene-enabling effective label adhesion without milling. </li> <li>VECTOR® 4118ND offers low migration, enhanced die-cutting and stripping performance for high-speed label converting and reliable low-temperature adhesion, including on moist surfaces.</li></ul>

It is produced via proprietary sequential anionic polymerization technology and contains <1% diblock copolymer. It is not formulated with the antioxidant TNPP (tris(nonylphenyl) phosphite). It is low styrene, low modulus copolymer with outstanding thermal stability and melt processability. VECTOR® 4111A is the softest pure SIS triblock and is highly elastics and well-suited for use in elastomeric film compounds and in formulating adhesives.
