LIGOS™ A 9200 by Trinseo is a styrene-free, robust and versatile all-acrylic emulsion with very low odor. It is designed for waterborne adhesive for the lamination of flexible structures that come in contact with food. Exhibits high efficiency due to high solid content, it enables fast processing and efficient drying.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It ensures high initial shear- and bond strength which creates a more durable application.</li>
<li> It also enhances mechanical and thermal resistance of packaging's by its potential to be combined with a water-dispersible crosslinker.</li>
<li> LIGOS™ A 9200 is suitable for laminating paper to a wide range of substrates, including treated polyolefins, polyvinylidene chloride-coated substrates, metalized films, polyamide and polyester films.</li>
<li> It is also effective for film-to-film structures.</li>
<li> It increases operational efficiency for film converters by enabling fast slitting in post-lamination processes.</li>
<li> Its repulpability is confirmed by using the CEPI recyclability laboratory test method and is suitable for standard mill recycling as certified by Papiertechnische Stiftung (PTS).</li></ul>LIGOS™ A 9210 by Trinseo is a formaldehyde-, APEO- and ammonia free acrylic latex binder designed for flexible flooring adhesives. It offers excellent plasticizer migration resistance, enhanced long-term durability and dimensional stability. It boasts excellent 90° peel strength according to ISO EN 22631 when tested at room temperature with standard aging or long aging at 50°C. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;">
<li>It has low odor and is manufactured using processes that minimize volatile organic compound (VOC) residues. </li>
<li>It allows an extended open working time, enabling a smooth and efficient installation process. </li>
<li>Its initial green bond strength provides a secure hold from the start, while compatibility with LVT makes it a versatile choice. </li>
<li> It exhibits high solids, high tensile strength, elongation and also provides bulk-formulated material storage stability. </li>
<li>It is compatible with fillers, processing additives, pigments, and tackifiers. </li>
<li>Adhesion build-up is pretty fast which allows to make the prepared space usable once the flooring layer is applied (particularly for LVT systems).</li>
<li>LIGOS™ A 9210 is compliant with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 175.105, German BfR Recommendations XIV, XXXVI and eco-labels such as Emicode EC 1+ and Blue Angel. </li></ul> LIGOS™ C 9500 by Trinseo is styrene acrylic (SA) latex binder. It offers excellent adhesion to a broad spectrum of substrates. LIGOS™ C 9500 is suitable for primers, caulks and sealants. LIGOS™ A 3685 by Trinseo is a high-performance styrene butadiene (SB) emulsion. It acts as a strong binder to securely bond concrete and PVC flooring together. It is APEO-free, ammonia-free, formaldehyde-free with low VOC.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers a high-quality, domestically manufactured product that delivers exceptional performance and reliability for PVC flooring adhesive applications.</li>
<li>It delivers better performance in peel strength, shear strength than other acrylic solutions available in the market, which helps on the dimensional stability for the flooring.</li>
<li>Compared to acrylic latex, LIGOS™ A 3685 provides a more stable and reliable solution with superior balance in both peel strength and shear strength.</li>
<li>It is suitable for non-filler pressure sensitive adhesive type market.</li></ul> LIGOS™ C 3412 by Trinseo is an excellent filler acceptable, styrene butadiene (SB) latex binder. It shows excellent adhesion to substrates. It offers water resistance and freeze-thaw stability. LIGOS™ C 3412 is suitable for water proofing membrane and duct sealants. LIGOS™ A 3009 by Trinseo is styrene butadiene (SB) latex binder. It shows excellent adhesion onto paper and offers very good resistance to oil migration.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It displays excellent compatibility as a primer with LIGOS™ A 3210 and A 3215 in terms of pressure sensitive applications.</li>
<li>LIGOS™ A 3009 is suitable for paper priming and lamination.</li></ul> LIGOS™ A 3011 by {suppplier} is styrene butadiene (SB) latex binder. It is a premium grade to formulate liquid glue for wood bonding. LIGOS™ A 3011 is suitable for wood EPI and durable assembly. It is allowed to reach the D4 certification. LIGOS™ A 3003 by Trinseo is a modified styrene butadiene binder. It can also be blended with other materials such as polyvinyl acetate (PVA) or casein to reinforce performances of the final adhesive in wet adhesion and bonding strength.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard with films.</li>
<li>LIGOS™ A 3003 is recommended for wet lamination adhesive applications. It is compliant with US FDA regulations.</li></ul> LIGOS™ A 3215 by Trinseo is a low VOC modified styrene butadiene binder. It provides high heat & shear resistance, medium peel and tack. It offers good anchorage to film & papers face materials.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>When formulated with tackifier, it increases self adhesive performances such as peel strength or with additives to adjust the coating process.</li>
<li>It can be formulated to be compatible with multiple materials, including standard glassine release liners using platinum-cured silicones, UV curable systems and PET film release liners using solvent silicones.</li>
<li>It exhibits very good slitting properties.</li>
<li>LIGOS™ A 3215 is recommended for permanent pressure sensitive adhesive.</li></ul> LIGOS™ C 9504 by Trinseo is a modified styrene acrylic binder. It shows excellent adhesion to a broad spectrum of substrates. It is recommended for wet lamination and caulk sealant applications.
