LIGOS™ A 9210 by Trinseo is a formaldehyde-, APEO- and ammonia free acrylic latex binder designed for flexible flooring adhesives. It offers excellent plasticizer migration resistance, enhanced long-term durability and dimensional stability. It boasts excellent 90° peel strength according to ISO EN 22631 when tested at room temperature with standard aging or long aging at 50°C.
  • It has low odor and is manufactured using processes that minimize volatile organic compound (VOC) residues.
  • It allows an extended open working time, enabling a smooth and efficient installation process.
  • Its initial green bond strength provides a secure hold from the start, while compatibility with LVT makes it a versatile choice.
  • It exhibits high solids, high tensile strength, elongation and also provides bulk-formulated material storage stability.
  • It is compatible with fillers, processing additives, pigments, and tackifiers.
  • Adhesion build-up is pretty fast which allows to make the prepared space usable once the flooring layer is applied (particularly for LVT systems).
  • LIGOS™ A 9210 is compliant with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 175.105, German BfR Recommendations XIV, XXXVI and eco-labels such as Emicode EC 1+ and Blue Angel.
