Synthebond™ E 1031 by Synthomer is an acrylic polymer with a high acid-value capable of dissolving in ammonia to give high viscosity adhesives. This alkali soluble grade has low surfactant content with good water resistance. A typical formulation would contain 31 parts latex to 67 parts water to 2 parts 28%. It is suitable for use in adhesives and specifically laminating adhesives. Synthebond™ E 1031 is lawful for use as a component of food packaging under the conditions defined in regulations administered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration at 21 CFR 175.105. It is available for use in the US. Synthebond™ SP-254 by Synthomer is an aqueous dispersion containing 30% polyester polymer solids. It is designed to enhance tensile strength, rigidity and moldability of nonwoven substrates. Exhibits excellent adhesion to polyester fibers thus improving dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. Imparts a firm hand to treated substrates which can later be redispersed in hot water or made durable with the addition of crosslinking melamine type resins. Synthebond™ SP-254 is used in adhesives. It is available for use in the US. Synthebond™ E 2050 by Synthomer is an acrylic copolymer emulsion designed for high solids general-purpose pressure sensitive adhesive for tapes and labels. Imparts an excellent adhesion to a variety of treated films, excellent balance of peel and tack properties with moderate shear resistance. Its low viscosity provides ease in handling and high solids for fast drying. It is used in PSA paper and film labels, PSA tape, paper lamination, food packaging applications (compositionally compliant with 21 CFR 174.107). Synthebond™ E 2050 is available for use in the US. SYNTHEBOND™ 6180 by Synthomer is a new performance acrylic emulsion polymer. It offers quick tack, high peel values with good lap shear, particularly in high layer thicknesses. <br>

It demonstrates high cohesion and good in Stant peel. It combines a strong balance of adhesion and shear properties. Synthebond™ 7656 is available for use in the US. Synthebond™ 7700 by Synthomer is an APEO-free acrylic emulsion polymer designed for direct coating clear label applications. Exhibits excellent blush resistance, superb low energy substrate wetting, and strong balance of peel and shear properties which makes it effective for clear bottle label, HBA and other specialty applications where a no-label look is mandatory. It shows excellent adhesion to a variety of corona treated films. Synthebond™ 7700 is lawful for use as a component of food packaging under FDA 175.105 under certain conditions. It is available for use in the US. Synthebond™ 7501 by Synthomer is an acrylic emulsion polymer formulated for applications where high shear and high temperature resistance is needed. It offers a strong balance of adhesion and shear properties. It is heat- and chemical resistant. Synthebond™ 7501 has excellent anchorage to a variety of facestocks for various tape applications. It is available for use in the US. Synthebond™ 7732 is an acrylic emulsion designed for clear label applications by Synthomer. Exhibits good edge blush resistance, and strong balance of peel and shear properties. It shows adhesion to a variety of corona treated films. Market applications of Synthebond™ 7732 include clear filmic label for beverage and H&BA, where excellent wet out and 3 day repositionability/remove-ability are required to achieve a no label look. It is available for use in the US. Synthebond™ AC 111 by Synthomer is a high solids acrylic polymer. It exhibits excellent adhesion properties, high pigment binding capacity with great durability. Also shows good viscosity control, water resistance, high filler capacity and is compatible with a large variety of other formulating ingredients such as fillers, pigments, and dyes. Pigment type in surfactant system is anionic. Synthebond™ AC 111 is used in adhesives, caulks & sealants. It is available for use in the US.
