Stepanpol® PS-3152 by Stepan Company is diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. Exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. Promotes adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. Has low viscosity for ease of blending and high aromatic content and improves solvent & abrasion resistance. Used in rigid isocyanurate boardstocks and low density, pour, high density and packaging polyurethane foams. Stepanpol® PS-3152 is recommended for use in adhesive applications. Stepanpol® PS-1812 by Stepan Company is aromatic polyester polyol. It is of a great choice to the one component foam (OCF) insulating sealant because of its in-can stability, adhesion to a variety of substrates, fire retardancy and cost effectiveness. Stepanpol® PS-1812 allows formulators the versatility in PUR hot melt adhesive applications to improve green strength, creep resistance, substrate bonding profiles and to modify open time. In flexible packaging applications it improves flexibility, extends pot life and delivers superior hydrolytic stability under acidic as well as basic conditions. It is also used in product assembly, fabric laminating and woodworking applications. Stepanpol® PDP-70 by Stepan Company is diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based modified polyester polyol. It exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, good thermal stability and low polyol viscosity. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. Also, exhibits a good hardness/flexibility balance, clarity and low color. It may improve selected physical properties such as tensile strength, modulus and tear strength as well as compatibility with some polyether polyols and some isocyanates. Stepanpol® PDP-70 is designed to impart flexibilty and ether/ester compatibility when used in laminating adhesives. Used in flexible packaging, one component foam. It has a shelf life of 12 months in unopened containers. Complies with DSL and TSCA. Stepanpol® PN-110 by Stepan Company is neopentyl glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. It exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. Stepanpol® PN-110 provides extended open time and good green strength in reactive hot melt adhesives. It is suitable for use in sealants and adhesives. It has shelf life is 24 months in unopened containers. Stepanpol® PHN-56 by Stepan Company is 1, 6-hexanediol-neopentyl glycol-ortho phthalic anhydride based polyester polyol. This aromatic prepolymer grade exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. It provides extended open time and good green strength in reactive hot melt adhesives. Stepanpol® PHN-56 has a very good dispersion characteristic in polyurethane dispersion applications. It has shelf life of 24 months in unopened containers. Stepanpol® PD-56 by Stepan Company is diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. Exhibits hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. In reactive hot melt adhesives, it provides short open time and good green strength (Lauan to FRP). Stepanpol® PD-56 has a shelf life of 24 months. Complies with AICS, DSL, IECSC, ENCS, ECL, PICCS, TSCA and New Zealand. Stepanpol® PS-2352 by Stepan Company is aromatic polyester polyol. It has high aromatic content, exceptional purity and low viscosity. It provides improved compatibility with a variety of blowing agents, allowing for increased processing latitude and improved strength and insulation properties. Its applications include rigid polyisocyanurate board stock blown with HCFC-141b/water (with or without R-22), or blown with hydrocarbons and modifier copolyol for polyurethane foams. Stepanpol® PS-2352 can be used for production of HCFC-141b-blown and HCFC-141b/water-blown polyisocyanurate board stock meeting the requirements for roofing and sheathing. Complies with NDSL, TSCA and New Zealand Inventory. Stepanpol® PS-1752 by Stepan Company is an aromatic polyester polyol. It can be added to polyether flexible slabstock foams to improve the bond strength of the foam when flame laminated to textiles. It offers the greatest increase to bond strength and mechanical properties while maintaining processing latitude. Stepanpol® PS-1752 imparts low viscosity, increases wetting, increases flexibility when used in laminating adhesives. It has a shelf life of 24 months. Stepanpol® PC-205P-20 by Stepan Company is a prepolymer grade aliphatic polyester polyol of crystalline nature designed to impart an excellent bonding profile. Stepanpol® PC-205P-20 is designed for use in hot-melt adhesives. Stepanpol® PD-195 by Stepan Company is a prepolymer grade aromatic polyester polyol that promotes adhesion to metal as well as having inherent UV stability thereby finding use in adhesives. It exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. It may promote adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. Stepanpol® PD-195 is recommended for use in flexible packaging. It has a shelf life of 24 months in unopened containers.
