Stepanpol® PS-3152

Stepanpol® PS-3152 by Stepan Company is diethylene glycol-phthalic anhydride-based polyester polyol. Exhibits excellent hydrolysis resistance, very good thermal stability and primary hydroxyl advantage. Promotes adhesion to a variety of metal and plastic substrates. Has low viscosity for ease of blending and high aromatic content and improves solvent & abrasion resistance. Used in rigid isocyanurate boardstocks and low density, pour, high density and packaging polyurethane foams. Stepanpol® PS-3152 is recommended for use in adhesive applications.

Stepanpol® PS-1812

Stepanpol® PS-1812 by Stepan Company is aromatic polyester polyol. It is of a great choice to the one component foam (OCF) insulating sealant because of its in-can stability, adhesion to a variety of substrates, fire retardancy and cost effectiveness. Stepanpol® PS-1812 allows formulators the versatility in PUR hot melt adhesive applications to improve green strength, creep resistance, substrate bonding profiles and to modify open time. In flexible packaging applications it improves flexibility, extends pot life and delivers superior hydrolytic stability under acidic as well as basic conditions. It is also used in product assembly, fabric laminating and woodworking applications.
