Naugard® Q by SI Group acts as an antioxidant. It is polymerized 1,2- dihydro-2,2,4- trimethylquinoline. It gives good protection against degradation due to heat and oxygen. It can be used with peroxide curing systems. Naugard® Q is used in natural rubber, synthetic polyisoprene, SBR, BR, NBR and EPDM and in seals. NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q by SI Group is an antioxidant. It is an effective processing and long-term heat stabilizer for a variety of application areas in LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and ethylene-propylene copolymers. NAUGARD™ ULTRA Q is used in wire & cable, adhesives and consumer products. NAUGARD™ DSTDP PW by SI Group is an antioxidant that provides excellent heat aging when used on combination with a hindered phenol. It is suitable for adhesives, chemical intermediates, fibers & textiles, building & construction, consumer goods, general industrial and electricals. NAUGARD™ PS30 by SI Group is a liquid amine antioxidant. It is suitable for adhesives. Naugard® 10 for Plastics by SI Group is tetrakis[methylene(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate)]metha. Used as a versatile antioxidant in adhesive applications. It gives very good processing stability and long term heat aging characteristics. Used in a variety of polymers where elevated processing temperatures are encountered. Naugard® 10 for Plastics provides good efficiency in high density polyethylene and polypropylene. Non-staining and non-discoloring, phosphite/phenolic blend. Acts as an effective antioxidant. Offers protection against oxygen, light and heat exposures. Provides constant Mooney viscosity and freedom from gel formation. It is insoluble in water and misible in most organic solvents. Improves resistance to heat degradation of dipped and extruded latex goods. Used in natural- and synthetic- rubbers. It complies with FDA 177.2600 regulation. Nondiscoloring and nonstaining tris(mono-nonylphenyl) phosphite. Acts as an antioxidant. Prevents resinification of the polymer during manufacturing and storage. Offers protection against heat and oxygen degradation and reduces gel build-up during processing. Can be used in combination with amine or phenolic type antioxidants. Suitable for SBR, BR, nitrile rubbers and EPDM polymers in pressure sensitive adhesives and gaskets. Also used in closures with Sealing gaskets for food containers. Tris (monononylphenyl) phosphite. Acts as an antioxidant. Prevents resinification of the polymer and improves hydrolysis resistance. Protects polymers against heat and oxygen degradation during processing. Suitable for SBR, BR, NBR & EPDM. Used in pressure sensitive adhesives. It complies with FDA 175.125 and 177.2600 regulations. Non-dusting, granular blend of hindered phenolic and diphenylamine antioxidants. Used in polyamide hot melt adhesives. Provides synergistic short and long-term thermal protection against oxidation in polypropylene. Offers very good color and viscosity stability, gelation and skinning resistance in SIS, SBS, EVA and PE. Possesses low volatility and compatibility with polymer and rosin ester. Liquid styrenated diphenylamine. Used as an antioxidant in adhesive applications. Possesses compatibility with various matrices and elastomers. Can be synergistically combined with hindered phenolic antioxidants.
