This co-agent is an economical way to enhance the performance of variety of elastomers. Exhibits high modulus, tensile strength, elongation and crosslink density. Possesses hot tear strength, increased abrasion resistance and good hardness. Also offers fast cure response, greatly improved heat aging and resilience. Dymalink® 634 is recommended for use in peroxide cured systems requiring enhanced adhesion or dynamic properties. It is easy-to-handle and 100% reactive solid. Recommended for use in adhesives. Offers high tensile strength, tear strength and hardness. Possesses low modulus, increased abrasion resistance, greatly improved heat aging and resilience. The shelf-life of Dymalink® 709 is six months from date of purchase when stored in its original packaging. Dymalink® 634EPM by Resin Solutions is a difunctional, metallic, solid elastomeric coagent. Acts as curing agent. It is methacrylate functional metal-centered monomer and contains non-nitroso inhibitor package for scorch resistance. It is 75% active pellet for easy handling and dispersability. Has good adhesion, fast cure response, good hardness, superior modulus, tensile strength, hot tear strength, increased abrasion resistance, improved resilience, flex fatigue resistance and greatly improved heat aging. It promotes the adhesion of engineered rubber goods to a variety of reinforcing materials and improves metal/fiber adhesion. Dymalink® 634EPM enhances the performance of variety of elastomers. It is recommended for use in peroxide-cured systems. Dymalink® 633EPM by Resin Solutions is a difunctional metallic solid elastomeric coagent. Recommended for adhesives. It is acrylate functional metal-centered monomer and contains non-nitroso inhibitor package. It is a 75% active pellet for easy handling and dispersibility. Exhibits good adhesion, hardness, modulus and tensile strength, high tear strength and crosslink density. Shows increased abrasion resistance, improved resilience, flex fatigue resistance, greatly improved heat aging and a very high rubber-to-metal adhesion. Dymalink® 633EPM enhances the performance of variety of elastomers. It is uses in peroxide-cured systems.
