AXCIDE DCOIT-30 by Planet Chemicals acts as a biocide as well as dry-film mildew protector. It easily incorporates into water-based or solvent-based formulations. Offers good stability with ionic surfactants and emulsifiers. AXCIDE DCOIT-30 ideal usage level is between 0.3-1.0% based on the wet formulation weight. AXCIDE LA 1209 by Planet Chemicals is a combination of 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (CIT), 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one (MIT) and mixture of bronopol. Acts as an excellent liquid biocide. It is specially formulated for wet preservation of magnesium and copper ion-sensitive water based system. AXCIDE LA 1209 is formulated with sodium salt stabilizer and never contains with volatile organic chemicals (VOC). Offers a broad-spectrum activity in inhibiting bacteria, molds and yeasts. Used in glues. The ideal chemical dosage is 0.05-0.40% of total amount to be preserved and it also depends on susceptibility to micro-organisms as well as storage condition. AXCIDE OPP-TG by Planet Chemicals is a 2-phenylphenol grade. It is a low-toxicity, water insoluble, biocide for protection against microorganisms in wet state. This grade is a low-toxicity biocide prepared in propylene glycol/glycerine solution for protection against microorganisms in wet state. AXCIDE BIT-20 is suitable for use in adhesives. It is stable over a wide pH range of 4 - 12. It can be easily formulated into many products as it is miscible with water in any ratio. It has a good thermal stability and low volatility.
