About Onichem Specialities

Onichem Specialities, founded in 2001, and headquartered in Dalian, China, supplies organo-functional silanes used as adhesion promoters and coupling agents. Its silanes include amino, epoxy and isocyanato functional grades that improve bonding to glass, metal and inorganic substrates, and enhance wet adhesion and crosslinking in polyurethane, epoxy, silicone and silylated adhesive systems. These materials support improved bonding performance across adhesives and sealants.

Organosilane AE311

Organosilane AE311 by Onichem Specialities is N-(beta-aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropylmethyldimethoxysilane. Acts as a coupling agent. Provides superior elongation, flexibility and spreading at the interface of polymers. Promotes adhesion between resins that react with amino groups and surfaces of glass, mineral, metal, etc. Organosilane AE311 is suitable with acrylic, epoxy, silylated polyurethane and silicone resins.

Organosilane IC301

gamma-Isocyanatopropyltrimethoxysilane. Acts as a crosslinker and adhesion promoter. It is a colorless to pale yellow liquid. Exhibits very good thermal-, chemical- and UV (ultra-violet) stability. Provides adhesion to a variety of substrates, both conventional and unusual, superior wet adhesion to glass, metal, inorganic substrates, nylon and plastics. Offers fast hydrolysis in presence of atmospheric moisture. Compatible with acrylics, silicones (Si) and PU (polyurethane)-prepolymers. Suitable for adhesives and sealants.

Organosilane 2A301

Organosilane 2A301 by Onichem Specialities is a bis-[3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl] amine. Acts as an adhesion promoter. It is a light straw colored clear liquid. Shows cross-linking with plasticized PVC (polyvinyl chloride). Compatible with acrylics, isocyanates, polyurethane, ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PVC and styrene. Organosilane 2A301 is suitable for use in isocyanate end-capped polyurethane polymers for sealant and adhesive formulations.
