Curekind® MBT(M) Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. Acts as an accelerator. Used in tires, rubber shoes, belts and other technical rubber goods. Curekind® MBT(M) Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is regulated for use in food contact articles as specialized under the FDA regulation and under BgVV regulation. Curekind® NDBC(NBC) Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as an antioxidant. It avoids the rubber crack under the sunshine and ozone, improves the heat-resistant of CR and chloro-sulfonated polyethylene rubber. It is compatible with styrene- butadiene rubber. Curekind® NDBC(NBC) Powder is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, category 4. Curekind® TDEC Dust free Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium diethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a vulcanizing accelerator. It is compatible with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is suitable for making inner tube of tires, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable. It is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4. Curekind® TDEC 1st Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium diethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a vulcanizing accelerator. It is compatible with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is suitable for making inner tube of tires, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable. It is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under BgVV XXI, Category 4. Curekind® ZDEC(ZDC) High Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a fast curing accelerator. It is compatible with natural, synthetic rubber, latex and butyl rubber. It is regulated for use in articles in contact with food as specified under FDA and under BgVV XXI. Curekind® TDEC High Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a tellurium diethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a vulcanizing accelerator. It is compatible with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is suitable for making inner tube of tires, soft tube, isolating layer of wire and cable. Curekind® CuMDC(CDD) Dust free Powder by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a copper dimethyl dithiocarbamate. Acts as a fast curing accelerator. It is compatible with SBR, butyl rubber and 4-polybutadiene rubber. Dosage rate of Curekind® CuMDC(CDD) Dust free Powder for SBR as primary accelerator is 0.2-0.75 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 1.5-0.2 phr and sulfur 2.0-0.5 phr and for SBR as secondary accelerator is 0.05-0.2 phr, combine use with sulfonamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.5-1.5 phr, for butyl rubber as primary accelerator is 1.0-2.0 phr, combine use with sulfenamide accelerator 0.5-2.0 phr and sulfur 2.0-1.0 phr. Curekind® 445 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a 4,4-bis(a,a-dimethylbenzyl)diphenylamine. It is a highly efficient, non-toxic, tasteless, light color aryl secondary amine antioxidant. It has good protection performance against the light, heat, ozone, dug scratching caused by aging; also has passivation effect for base metal and heavy metal. It has low volatility. Curekind® 445 is compatible with polyurethane, polyolefin and polyether. Used in in natural rubber and synthetic rubbers including BR, SBR, NBR, CR and EPDM covering uses in beltings, hoses, seals, gaskets and other automotive/industrial rubber products. Its recommended dosage rate is 0.5-3 phr in rubber, 0.5-2.0 phr in raw rubber stabilizer.
