Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a magnesium oxide. Acts as a metallic oxide vulcanization activator, acid-acceptor, and adhesion promoter. Improves processing safety of CR, CSM, CM, CIIR, FPM, etc. and lowering the possibility of rubber compounds scorching by means of heightening the critical temperature of alkaline catalyst. It can lower the critical temperature of acid catalyst. Improves aging properties of halogen compounds especially CR and FPM. Actmix® MgO-75GE F140 can neutralize trace acid in cold vulcanization. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 3-5 phr.

Actmix® ZDMC-75GE F140 by Ningbo Actmix Rubber Chemicals is a zinc dimethyl dithiocarbamate (75%). Acts as an accelerator. It contains 25 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It can improve tensile strength and resilience of its vulcanizate. Addition of thiurams and thiazoles can delay initial vulcanization and improves processing safety. Compared to ZDBC, ZDEC and ZDPC, ZDMC has longer scorching time and shorter total vulcanization time. Alkaline accelerators can activate ZDMC. A little of ZDMC can be secondary accelerators for thiols or thiurams. Combined with antioxidant, Actmix® ZDMC-75GE F140 can improve heat resistance for NR and IR. Used in natural and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR and EPDM. Its recommended addition level for NR is 0.6-1.0phr, as a secondary accelerator is 0.1-0.2phr, for SBR/NBR is 0.6-1.2phr, as a secondary accelerator is 0.1-0.2phr and for EPDM is 1.5-2.5 phr.

<b>Actmix® CBS-80GE F140</b> is a N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolesulphenamide. Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It can lead to long scorching time of rubber compounds, high processing safety and fast vulcanization rate. It can be used alone in low-sulfur vulcanization, and also can be used together with dithiocarbamates or thiurams. Its vulcanizate has excellent properties of anti-aging and compression set resistance. It can obviously shorten scorching time of rubber compounds together with dithiocarbamates and thiurams. Thioureas have obvious effect on secondary acceleration to CBS, especially in low-sulfur rubber compounds. It can delay scorching and improve processing safety in thiols and thiurams rubber compounds. Its addition level in natural rubber for primary accelerator is 0.5-1.0 phr with 2.5-3.5 phr sulfur and for SBR 1.0-1.5 phr combine with 0-0.2 thiurams accelerators and 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur.

Actmix® DOTG-75GA F140

<b>Actmix® DOTG-75GA F140</b> is a di-o-tolylguanidine (75%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It can lead to a very slow start of vulcanization and relatively slow vulcanization rate. Improves cross-linking density and vulcanization rate and provides excellent mechanical and anti-aging properties on combination with thiols, sulfenamides, thiurams and dithiocarbamates. It will be non-blooming in vulcanizates. Its recommended addition level in natural rubber is 0.8-1.2 phr with 2.5-4 phr sulfur, for SBR 0.1-0.4 phr with 1-1.5 thiols and 1.5-2.5 phr sulfur and for NBR 0.05-0.4 phr with 0.8-1.5 sulfenamides and 1.5-2.4 sulfur. Used in rubber industrial products.

Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140

<b>Actmix® TDEC-75GE F140</b> is a tellurium diethyldithiocarbamate (75 wt%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It contains 25% polymer binder and dispersing agent. When combined with thiazoles, thurams and dithiocarbamates accelerators can accelerate vulcanization of EPDM and IIR. It can shorten the vulcanization time. It is particularly suitable for high oil content soft rubber compounds such as low-hardness solid EPDM seals or spongy seals due to reduction of vulcanization rate by a great deal of softening oil. It is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Used in vehicle and building seals, vehicle hoses, steamproof & acidproof hoses, cable jacket and insulated products. Its recommended addition level is 0.5 phr to avoid blooming.

Actmix® ZDTP-50GE F500

<b>Actmix® ZDTP-50GE F500</b> is a zinc dialkyldithiophosphate (50%). Acts as a vulcanization accelerator. It is a special accelerator for EPDM containing sulfur, ZnO, thiazoles and thiurams accelerators. It contains 50 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It can lead to high degree of cross-linking and no appearance of blooming when dosage is up to maximum recommended amount. ZDTP masterbatch has processing safety and storage stability. It is compatible with rubber such as NR, IR, BR, NBR, IIR, etc and its vulcanizate has excellent heat resistance. It is a secondary accelerator with sulfenamides thiazoles, and thiurams for vulcanization of EPDM and NR. Used in seals. Its recommended addition level for NR is 2-3 phr, for SBR/NBR is 2-3 phr and for EPDM is 2-3 phr.

Actmix® ADC-75P

Actmix® CaO-80GE F200 by Ningbo Actmix Polymer is a calcium oxide. Acts as a defoaming agent. It contains 20 wt% polymer binder and dispersing agent. It avoids spongy defect in the presence of vapor when rubber products are continuously extruded and vulcanized in the absence of pressure due to generation of calcium hydroxide when CaO absorbs vapor. Suitable for foam products, especially micro-porous spongy rubber products due to more homogeneous foam structure. Actmix® CaO-80GE F200 is compatible with NBR, SBR, AR and ECO. Its recommended addition level is 2-10 phr.
