Vercet™ L50

Vercet™ L50 by NatureWorks is 3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione. It is a high-purity L-lactide derived from bio-based feedstock. Hotmelt adhesives made from utilizing Vercet™ L50 offers a tunable work life, excellent adhesion as well as low dispensing temperatures for food packaging, paper, fiber board and wood applications. It is useful for the synthesis of polymers, copolymers and grafted substrates. It is also useful as reactive chemical intermediates for other synthesis and manufacturing purposes.

Vercet™ M700

Vercet™ M700 by NatureWorks is 3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione. It is a high-purity meso-lactide derived from bio-based feedstock. Hotmelt adhesives made from utilizing Vercet™ M700 offers a tunable work life, excellent adhesion as well as low dispensing temperatures for food packaging, paper, fiber board and wood applications. It is useful for the synthesis of polymers, copolymers and grafted substrates. It is also useful as reactive chemical intermediates for other synthesis and manufacturing purposes.

Vercet™ A1000

Vercet™ A1000 by NatureWorks is a thermoplastic adhesive-grade resin derived from renewable resources. It is designed for use as an adhesive component in formulated products where an amorphous/low melting, high-flow resin is desired. It is effectively used in solvent-borne, hot-melt adhesives, carton-case and packaging adhesive, heat seal applications. The recommended moisture content to prevent viscosity degradation and potential loss of properties is less than 0.005% (50 ppm). Typical drying conditions for Vercet™ A1000 are 8-12 hours at 40°C [104°F] with a dew point of -35°C [-30°F], with an airflow rate of greater than 0.5 cfm/lbs per hour of resin throughput.
