SPUR+* 1050 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is a plasticizer-free, low viscosity silylated prepolymer. It is designed for use in the manufacturing of one-part, moisture-curing sealants. Provides high elastic recovery, excellent adhesion to many surfaces without primer and good water & chemical resistance. This grade offers broad formulation latitude, easy application characteristics and high indoor & outdoor durability. It is cost-effective, excellent resin for medium modulus sealants and adhesives in industrial and transportation applications where high tensile strength is required. It is also designed for use in construction and wood flooring formulations. The recommended shelf life of SPUR+* 1050 Prepolymer is 24 months. SPUR+* 3030 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is a low viscsoity, high hydrophobicity, silane-terminated polyurethane. It offers improved heat resistance and can enable broad formulation latitude. SPUR+* 3030 Prepolymer is recommended for use in adhesives and sealants. SPUR+* 1015 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is a plasticizer-free, low viscosity, silylated polyurethane resin for manufacturing one-part, moisture-curing sealants and adhesives. It offers broad formulation latitude, easy application characteristics and good water & chemical resistance. It provides high indoor & outdoor durability, excellent adhesion to many surfaces without primer and high elastic recovery. SPUR+* 1015 Prepolymer is recommended for use in building and construction applications. Its shelf life is 12 months. SPUR+* 3040 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is a low viscosity, 100% reactive, silane-terminated polyurethane. It offers high strength with good elongation, flexibility, toughness, excellent heat resistance and thermal stability. SPUR+* 3040 Prepolymer is used as a binder for adhesives requiring adhesion to a variety of substrates. It is recommended for use in transportation applications. SPUR+* 1060 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is a low viscosity, plasticizer-free, ethoxysilane-modified resin used in the manufacture of one-part moisture-curing adhesives and sealants. This resin provides medium modulus in applications where HAPs emissions are a significant factor. It offers broad formulation latitude, excellent adhesion to many substrates and high indoor & outdoor durability. It also provides high elastic recovery and good water & chemical resistance. SPUR+* 1060 Prepolymer is recommended for use in construction, wood flooring and methanol-free formulations. SPUR+* 1012 Prepolymer by Momentive Performance Materials is silylated prepolymer that does not rely on an isocyanate curing reactions. It is formulated without the use of phthalate-based plasticizers. In sealant formualtions, it can be used as a base resin or in combination with SPUR+* 1015 prepolymer to attain ultra-low modulus. This moisture curable resin offers rapid cure, good water resistance, high flexibility and excellent adhesion to construction substrate materials such as concrete, marble and glass. It provides high elongation while maintaining good elastic recovery and durability. It is suitable with one component systems and gives minimal surface tack after cure when formulated properly. It also provides excellent weatherability, water and UV resistance. It can enable the formulation of non-staining and paintable sealants. SPUR+* 1012 Prepolymer is used as co-binder for 25LM class sealants (ISO 11600).
