Elvacite® 2044

Elvacite® 2044 by Mitsubishi Chemical is an n-butyl methacrylate polymer. It plasticizes and improves adhesion of harder butyl grades such as Elvacite® 2045 and Elvacite® 2046 and nitrocellulose. It possesses compatibility with plasticizers & alkyd-, cellulosic-, epoxy-, vinyl chloride- and rosin resins. It is softest & most flexible bead grade. It is used in adhesives for smooth plastic films and aluminum. Elvacite® 2044 complies with FDA, TSCA, DSL, ENCS, PICCS, KECI, AICS, EINECS/ ELINCS and IECSC.

Elvacite® 2045

Elvacite® 2045 by Mitsubishi Chemical is an iso-butyl methacrylate resin. It exhibits high molecular weight and re-solubility. It possesses compatibility with alkyd-, cellulosic-, epoxy-, vinyl chloride- & rosin resins and plasticizers. It is hardest of the weak-solvent-soluble butyl grades but softer than Elvacite® 2042 and Elvacite® 2043. Elvacite® 2045 complies with FDA, TSCA, DSL, EINECS, ENCS, PICCS, KECI, AICS and IECSC.

Elvacite® 2550

Elvacite® 2042 A

Acrylic resin based on ethyl methacrylate. It is a tough, alcohol – tolerant and broadly compatible polymer. Possesses compatibility with alkyd-, cellulosic-, epoxy-, rosin- and vinyl chloride resins. Also compatible with plasticizers. Used in wood putties. Complies with FDA.

Elvacite® 4067
