MasterSil 323AO-LO by Master Bond is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating, two-component silicone for high performance bonding, sealing and gap filling. It contains no solvents or diluents and has very low shrinkage upon curing. It exhibits high viscosity, high bond strength, flowability and has a forgiving 1:1 mix ratio by weight. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. </li>
<li>It imparts almost no residual stress on substrates with different coefficients of expansion when it is thermally cycled. </li>
<li>It bonds well to a wide variety of substrates such as glass, metals, ceramics, plastics and many rubbers, including silicones. </li>

It exhibits excellent optical clarity, extreme softness, very low shrinkage upon cure, low exotherm, very long pot life, and transmission properties. It contains no solvents and will not outgas while curing. It does not require exposure to air for complete cross-linking. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It has a convenient ten to one mix ratio by weight and can cure in thicknesses beyond 1 inch. </li>
