EMPEYOL E 1000/ 2E 1000 by Manali Petrochemicals is polypropylene glycol. It is manufactured by ethoxylation or propoxylation of a polyhydric alcohol in the presence of a catalyst. The polyhydric alcohols used are ethylene glycol, di-propylene glycol, di-ethylene glycol, and glycerol. Sucrose is also used as polyhydric alcohol in the preparation of polyether polyols for the production of polyurethane foam. EMPEYOL E 1000/ 2E 1000 is recommended for adhesives. EMPEYOL F 6522/ 2F 6522 by Manali Petrochemicals is polyether triol. It is a reactive triol. It is manufactured by ethoxylation or propoxylation of a polyhydric alcohol in the presence of a catalyst. The polyhydric alcohols used are ethylene glycol, di-propylene glycol, di-ethylene glycol, and glycerol. Sucrose is also used as polyhydric alcohol in the preparation of polyether polyols for the production of polyurethane foam. EMPEYOL F 6522/ 2F 6522 is recommended for cold cure, semi-rigid and integral skin molded application. EMPEYOL F 3002/ 2F 3002 by Manali Petrochemicals is an EO/PO random mixed copolymer triol. It is manufactured by ethoxylation or propoxylation of a polyhydric alcohol in the presence of a catalyst. The polyhydric alcohols used are ethylene glycol, di-propylene glycol, di-ethylene glycol, and glycerol. Sucrose is also used as polyhydric alcohol in the preparation of polyether polyols for the production of polyurethane foam. EMPEYOL F 3002/ 2F 3002 is recommended for flexible slabstock foam. EMPEYOL HSR 200/1F by Manali Petrochemicals is formulated polyether polyol. It is CFC free and eco-friendly. It is to be used in combination with polymeric MDI. EMPEYOL HSR 200/1F is recommended for the production of polyurethane rigid foams. HCFC 141b should be preblended with the formulated polyol. EMPEYOL F 6080/ 2F 6080 by Manali Petrochemicals is an EO/PO block copolymer triol. It is manufactured by ethoxylation or propoxylation of a polyhydric alcohol in the presence of a catalyst. The polyhydric alcohols used are ethylene glycol, di-propylene glycol, di-ethylene glycol, and glycerol.
