Provides good abrasion-, heat-, solvent- and water resistance. Hycar® 2671 is used in flock adhesives. Complies with FDA.

Its colloidal properties improve processing characteristics such as high sizing and low foaming. It is soft handed and achieves discoloration resistance to light and heat aging. Hycar® 2679 is used as a base for formulating excellent laminating, packaging and flocking adhesives.

Hycar® 26315

Hycar® 26315 is carboxylated acrylic copolymer latex by Lubrizol. This emulsion is heat reactive and being a hard latex polymer it is on the verge of being a non-film former at room temperature. It is compatible with most common latex compounding chemicals: pigments, clay, titanium dioxide, thickeners like carboxy methyl cellulose, hydroxy ethyl cellulose, polyacrylic acids and solvents like hexylene as well as propylene glycol. Hycar® 26315 offers tack-free surface, good light stability, low odor and good heat stability.
