Hycar® 2671 by Lubrizol is an APEO-free, heat reactive, anti-skinning acrylic emulsion. It is a durable and synthetic anionic emulsifier and exhibits good chemical, mechanical, heat- and light stability. Designed for nonwoven, general- and engineering paper. Provides good abrasion-, heat-, solvent- and water resistance. Hycar® 2671 is used in flock adhesives. Complies with FDA. Hycar® 26315 is carboxylated acrylic copolymer latex by Lubrizol. This emulsion is heat reactive and being a hard latex polymer it is on the verge of being a non-film former at room temperature. It is compatible with most common latex compounding chemicals: pigments, clay, titanium dioxide, thickeners like carboxy methyl cellulose, hydroxy ethyl cellulose, polyacrylic acids and solvents like hexylene as well as propylene glycol. Hycar® 26315 offers tack-free surface, good light stability, low odor and good heat stability. Hycar® 26349 by Lubrizol is an acrylic emulsion. Used in production of extremely durable adhesives. It has excellent solvent- and plasticiser resistance. Hycar® 26349 is hydrophobic, self-crossing and has an excellent roll stability. Hycar® 2679 by Lubrizol is a heat-reactive, acrylic copolymer latex. It provides excellent wash- and dry cleaning resistance. It exhibits excellent properties with minimum heat requirement. Its colloidal properties improve processing characteristics such as high sizing and low foaming. It is soft handed and achieves discoloration resistance to light and heat aging. Hycar® 2679 is used as a base for formulating excellent laminating, packaging and flocking adhesives. Hycar® 26996 by Lubrizol is a general purpose, carboxy modified, self crosslinking, anionic acrylic polymer with excellent heat sealability. It exhibits good balance of tensile strength, elongation and solvent resistance. It shows excellent resistance to discoloration after heat and light aging. It possesses good pigment binding and excellent compounding stability. It is used in general- and flock adhesives. Hycar® 26996 has broad clearances under many FDA food contact regulations. Butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer. Hycar® ATBN 1300X42 by Lubrizol is used in film and paste adhesives. Provides enhanced toughness/flexibility of thermoset resins. Hycar® ATBN 1300X42 increases low temperature mechanical properties and impact/crack resistance. Hycar® 26-0202 by Lubrizol is a carboxylated, heat-reactive, styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion. It’s film offers excellent resistance to discoloration. Offers excellent water resistance and excellent durability. Hycar® 26-0202 is suitable for outdoor casual furniture upholstery. Hycar® ATBN 1300X45 by Lubrizol is amine-termnated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer used in adhesives. Provides enhanced toughness/flexibility of thermoset resins and improves adhesion with difficult to bond substrates. Hycar® ATBN 1300X45 increases low temperature mechanical properties, impact/crack resistance and offers hydrophobicity. Hycar® 26083 by Lubrizol is a heat-reactive, carboxylated acrylic copolymer latex. It shows low temperature flexibility and good pigment binding. Exhibits excellent resistance to discoloration after heat and light aging. It is soft handed, and wash and dry cleanable. Hycar® 26083 is designed for flock adhesives. Hycar® FF 26916 is a self-crosslinking, formaldehyde and APE-free acrylic emulsion polymer by Lubrizol. Provides good solvent resistance to saturated substrates and outstanding dry as well as wet physical properties when used as a binder to saturate paper, glass, polyester substrates without formaldehyde emissions. Offers superior high solids formulations stability, heat as well as light stability and excellent scrub resistance. It is also an excellent saturation binder that provides high tensile, tear resistance and internal bond. Hycar® FF 26916 is used in flock adhesives.
