Stereon™ SR8983 by Lion Elastomers is a solution polymerized linear styrene-butadiene multi-block elastomer. It is designed as a graftable rubber modifier that is reacted with bromine and processed into clean, white powder. It contains non-staining antioxidant stabilizer. The brominated Stereon™ SR8983 is combined with polystyrene to produce flame-retardant foam insulation used in building and home construction. It is also recommended for use in applications such as grafting, adhesives, roofing, and paving asphalts. Stereon™ 210 by Lion Elastomers is a polymerized butadiene-styrene diblock copolymer. Used in a wide range of adhesives. Provides high cohesive strength, low application viscosity, ease of mixing, low color and heat stability. Offers compatibility with a wide range of tackifiers, oils and plasticizers. It is suitable for non-woven, industrial adhesives, book binding and scratch-off adhesives. Stereon™ 721AC is recommended for use in applications such as grafting, adhesives, roofing and paving asphalts.
