Rhenofit® CF by LANXESS is a crosslinking activator for fluoro-elastomers in technical rubber seals. It is a specially treated, finely divided calcium hydroxide. Provides optimal compression set at higher temperatures, very good storage stability, high processing safety and high rate of crosslinking. Recommended dosage level of Rhenofit® CF is 6 phr in combination with 3 phr magnesium oxide. The shelf life of the product is 365 days. Rhenofit® EDMA/S by LANXESS is as an activator for peroxide vulcanization in technical molded and extruded seals based on EPDM, EPM, NBR & CM. It is a blend of ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and silica. It can be used in combination with a coagent to improve rate of crosslinking. It provides increased hardness, higher modulus, outstanding resilience and good abrasion resistance. The dosage level of Rhenofit® EDMA/S is 1-3 phr. Rhenofit® DDA-50 EM by LANXESS is an antioxidant for latex compounds and adhesives. It offers prevention against damage by oxygen & heat and efficiency against dynamic crack formation caused by oxygen. It does not influence scorch and total curing times. Recommended dosage level of Rhenofit® DDA-50 EM is 1.5-7.5 phr. The storage stability of the grade is 365 days. Rhenofit® 2060 by Lanxess is a curing activator and acid acceptor for adhesives based on CR. It is low active, fine particle sized magnesium oxide. Improves processing safety of rubber compounds based on CR, CSM, CM and CIIR and aging properties. Offers prevention against scorching. Reduces activiting temperature of acid accelerators. The dosage level of Rhenofit® 2060 is 3-5 phr. Rhenofit® 2150 by Lanxess is superior active magnesium oxide-based curing activator and acid acceptor for adhesives based on CR. Improves processing safety of rubber compounds based on CR, CSM, CM and CIIR and aging properties. Offers prevention against scorching. Reduces activating temperature of acid accelerators and increases moduli. The dosage level of Rhenofit® 2150 is 3-5 phr. Rhenofit® 2120 by Lanxess is an active magnesium oxide-based curing activator and acid acceptor for adhesives based on CR. Improves processing safety of rubber compounds based on CSM, CM and CIIR. Offers prevention against scorching. Reduces activating temperature of acid accelerators. The dosage level of Rhenofit® 2120 is 3-5 phr. Rhenofit® D/A by Lanxess is a highly reactive magnesium oxide-based curing activator and acid acceptor for adhesives based on CR. It improves processing safety of rubber compounds based on CR, CSM, CM and CIIR and aging properties. It offers prevention against scorching. It reduces activating temperature of acid accelerators. The dosage level of Rhenofit® D/A is 3-5 phr. Rhenofit® CDA by Lanxess is a minimum staining antioxidant without antiozonant effects in seals. It is a mixture of mono- and dicumylated diphenylamines. Possesses very low volatility and good compatibility with rubber products based on CR, NR, IR BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and their blends. Offers effective protection for a long time against influences of oxygen, heat and dynamic fatigue action, good protection against rubber poisons. Rhenofit® CDA can be used in combination with imidazoles, phenols or phosphates (heat and thermoxidative resistance), or p-pheylendiamines (ozone resistance). Rhenofit® C by Lanxess is a desiccant in rubber compounds for extruded seals. The composition of this grade is 95% calcium oxide coated with 5% special dispersing agents. It offers prevention of porosity. The dosage level of Rhenofit® C is 2-10 phr. Rhenofit® TAC/S by Lanxess is a crosslinking activator for peroxide vulcanization in technical molded and extruded seals based on EPDM, EPM and CM. It is a blend of triallyl cyanurate and silica. It can be used in combination with a coagent to improve rate of crosslinking. It provides higher hardness, moduli, tensile strength and improved abrasion resistance. The dosage level of Rhenofit® TAC/S is 0.4-4 phr. The storage stability of the grade is 730 days.
