K-FLEX® UD-320-100 by King Industries is an aliphatic, low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer, supplied at 100% solids. It allows the incorporation of aliphatic urethane groups without the use of isocyanates. Recommended as a resin modifier for all types of melamine or isocyanate crosslinked coatings. Offers increased hardness, good chemical resistance, good exterior durability, excellent hydrolytic stability and good QUV resistance. It has lower-VOC and is isocyanate-free and solvent-free. K-FLEX® UD-320-100 has application as sealants. Its shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® 148 by King Industries is a 100% active low-VOC aliphatic polyester diol. It is a lower viscosity version of K-FLEX 188 designed for formulating higher solids content with good hardness and increased flexibility. Possesses good flow/leveling and improved flexibility. It is used in sealants. K-FLEX® 148 has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature in the original container. K-FLEX® A307 by King Industries is a low viscosity, 100% solids linear, saturated, aliphatic polyester diol with primary hydroxyl groups. It was designed as a flexibility modifier for acrylic /isocyanate and acrylic/melamine systems. Offers improved flexibility, good balance of surface dry/pot life in 2K PU, light color and abrasion resistance. The low hydroxyl number minimizes the crosslinker demand. K-FLEX® A307 has no acid functionality. Its shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® XM-332 by King Industries is an ultra low viscosity polyester polyol modifier resin with good hydrolytic stability. It is designed to provide improved flexibility in solvent based, good hydrolytic stability, high solids and solventless systems. It is recommended for use in air dry/force dry 2-component polyurethanes and blocked isocyanate systems. It has applications in structural adhesives. K-FLEX® XM-332 has shelf life is of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® 188 by King Industries is a highly reactive, 100% active aliphatic polyester diol.<br>

The low viscosity combined with higher hydroxyl number gives good hardness and adhesion while allowing lower VOC levels. Offers improved flexibility, good balance of surface dry/pot life in 2K PU, light color and abrasion resistance. It has no acid functionality. K-FLEX® XM-A308 has application as sealants. Its shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® XM-337 by King Industries is an aliphatic saturated polyester polyol modifier resin. It is designed to provide optical clarity, increased toughness and chemical resistance for solvent based, high solids and solventless systems. K-FLEX® XM-337 possess tensile strength, low color, UV durability, high hardness, high impact resistance, abrasion resistance and overall increased toughness. It has applications in structural adhesives. Its shelf life is of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. Carboxyl and hydroxyl functional polyester-urethane polyol. Exhibits fast dispersion time, high transparency of pigments, and high pigment loading properties. It requires neutralization with an amine to give good dispersing properties. Is soluble in alcohol, ester, ketone, aromatic hydrocarbon, and water after neutralization with organic amine. Insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbon. Used as a dispersant for organic & inorganic pigments and as an intercoat adhesion promoter.
