NACURE® 155 by King Industries acts as strong acid catalyst. It is clear amber colored liquid used primarily for promoting the cure of hydroxy, carboxy and amide functional polymers with melamine and urea-formaldehyde crosslinking agents. It provides excellent water, salt spray and detergent resistance, superior adhesion to a variety of substrates. It has applications in low pressure laminating adhesives.
K-KAT® 670 by King Industries is a non-yellowing, non-tin organosilane catalyst for ambient temperature cure. Suggested for silanated polymers, end-capped with dimethoxy, trimethoxy or diethoxy silane groups. Designed for caulks, adhesives and sealants. It is highly effective to replace tin and eliminates methanol emissions. K-KAT® 670 has a shelf life of 24 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0%.
K-FLEX® UD-320-100 by King Industries is an aliphatic, low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer, supplied at 100% solids. It allows the incorporation of aliphatic urethane groups without the use of isocyanates. Recommended as a resin modifier for all types of melamine or isocyanate crosslinked coatings. Offers increased hardness, good chemical resistance, good exterior durability, excellent hydrolytic stability and good QUV resistance. It has lower-VOC and is isocyanate-free and solvent-free. K-FLEX® UD-320-100 has application as sealants. Its shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions.
