WestRez® 5230 by Ingevity is a maleated glycerol ester resin. It acts as tackifier. It is present in a consistent bead, low-dust pastille form. It has antioxidants to improve color and oxidative stability and higher acid value and higher heat resistance. WestRez® 5110 by Ingevity is a pentaerythritol ester resin. It acts as tackifier. It is present in a consistent bead, low-dust pastille form. It provides wet out, and improved flow ability, better overall tack and adhesion as compared to other hydrocarbon resins. It is used as a tackifier in hot melt and pressure sensitive formulations. WestRez® 5110 offers increased compatibility with adhesive polymers and better adhesive performance and has applications in sealing, pressure sensitive adhesive tapes and labels. WestRez® 5090 by Ingevity is glycerol ester resin used as a tackifier. It is present in a consistent bead, low-dust pastille form.
