Carbital™ 110S by Imerys is a fine ground calcium carbonate. It is used as a sole filler in low modulus silyl-terminated polyether sealants. It provides rheology modification and high whiteness. It is used in hot-melt, bituminous and polyurethane sealants for construction PVC plastisol, tapes & strips, cavity fillers for automotive, acrylic sealants, putties and mastics. It is suitable for silicones alkoxy, polysulfide, silicone and hybrid polymer sealants. Carbital™ 110S is used in solvent-based adhesives.

Carbital™ 115S is a high whiteness calcium carbonate filler. It is surface treated with stearate and derived from pure Italian marble. It shows good compatibility with silicone alkoxy and silane terminated polyether, polyurethane and acrylates. Carbital™ 115S is recommended for use in solvent-based adhesives. It is milled and classified to below 20 microns.
