Polcarb™ 60S by Imerys is a fine ground calcium carbonate for solvent-based adhesives. It improves rheological properties and reduces water or volatile content of the compound. It is used in polysulfide, hot-melt, bituminous, polyurethane sealants for construction and silicone & hybrid polymer sealants. Polcarb™ 60S is suitable for use in PVC plastisols, tapes/strips, cavity fillers for automotive, acrylic sealants, putties and mastics. Polcarb™ 50SV by Imerys is a fine calcium carbonate filler. Characterized by a minimum of coarse particles and a narrow particle size distribution. It is surface treated with stearate. Polcarb™ 50SV is recommended for use in adhesives and sealants. Polcarb™ SB by Imerys is a fine ground coated calcium carbonate. It offers enhanced rheological properties and reduced water or volatile content. It is used in hot-melt, polysulfide, bituminous, polyurethane sealants for construction, silicone and hybrid polymer sealants.
