HYPRO® 2000X162 CTB by Huntsman is carboxyl terminated butadiene homopolymer. It is used to improve the toughness, flexibility, adhesion and impact resistance of thermoset resin systems including epoxies, vinyl esters, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics and urethanes. It increases low-temperature mechanical properties, crack resistance and improves durability (fatigue resistance). It provides hydrophobicity and has zero percent acrylonitrile content. HYPRO® 2000X162 CTB is used in film and paste adhesives (structural and semi-structural applications).

HYPRO® 1300X13F CTBN by Huntsman is a carboxyl terminated butadiene- acrylonitrile copolymer. It provides sound dampening properties. This reactive polymer is a 100% solid liquid rubber which is used to improve the adhesion, toughness, flexibility and impact resistance of thermoset resin system including epoxies, vinyl esters, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics as well as urethane. It increases low-temperature mechanical properties and improves durability (fatigue resistance). HYPRO® 1300X13F CTBN is used in film and paste adhesives that is further used in structural as well as semi-structural applications.

HYPRO® 1300X43LC VTBNX by Huntsman is methacrylate terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer. It is a low-molecular-weight, methacrylate-functional liquid rubber. The butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer backbone provides improved adhesion, toughness, flexibility, low-temperature properties, and impact resistance. It is an improved, lower-color version of the Hypro® 1300X43 VTBNX and has key properties of standard version such as curing via free radicals, is multifunctional and has optimum balance of butadiene and acrylonitrile. HYPRO® 1300X43LC VTBNX is most commonly used in adhesives and sealants.

Its amine structure is based on N-aminoethylpiperazine (N-AEP). This reactive polymer is a 100% solid liquid rubber which is used to improve the adhesion, toughness, flexibility and impact resistance of thermoset resin system including vinyl esters, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics as well as urethanes. It also increases low-temperature mechanical properties as well as crack resistance. This reactive polymer is a 100% solid liquid rubber which is used to improve the adhesion, toughness, flexibility and impact resistance of thermoset resin system including epoxies, vinyl esters, unsaturated polyesters, acrylics as well as urethanes. HYPRO® 1300X18 CTBNX increases low temperature mechanical properties and improves durability (fatigue resistance). It is also used predominantly as a reactant with a base thermoset resin to gain product performance improvement. This resultant pre-react (adduct) can be incorporated at various levels to suit the needs of specific formulation.
