HYPOX® RA840 by Huntsman is a high viscosity adduct of the diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol A (DGEBA) and a butadiene acrylonitrile (CTBN) elastomer. It acts as a toughener. It improves the toughness, impact, thermal shock and peel resistance. It can be blended with other epoxy resins to achieve the degree of toughening required. HYPOX® RA840 is used in automotive mastic and general industrial adhesives. HYPOX® DA323 by Huntsman is dimer acid adducted to an epoxidized Bisphenol-A resin. It is usually blended with other epoxy resins and diluents to improve thermal shock and impact resistance. HYPOX® DA323 is used in automotive mastic, encapsulating and potting adhesives. HYPOX® RA 95 by Huntsman is a high viscosity, bisphenol A epoxy resin modified butadeine-acrylonitrile elastomer.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits higher temperature performance and greater green strength, making it ideal for film adhesives possessing greater creep resistance over higher temperatures than resins based on liquid elastomers.</li><li>It can be cured with all standard curing agents suitable for epoxy resins.</li><li>HYPOX® RA 95 is used in high temperature encapsulants/adhesives and automotive mastic.</li></ul> HYPOX® RM20 by Huntsman is diepoxide functional polymer of neopentyl glycol and a liquid butadiene-acrylonitrile (CTBN) rubber. It exhibits a relatively low viscosity coupled with a high rubber content. It increases flexibility and crack and fatigue resistance. It improves peel resistance and adhesive properties. HYPOX® RM20 is used in automotive and general industrial adhesives. HYPOX® RK84 by Huntsman is an adduct of solid diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol-A and a liquid rubber. It imparts toughness and a degree of flexibility. It offers improved impact resistance, peel and tensile shear strength. HYPOX® RK84 is used in adhesives. HYPOX® RF928 by Huntsman is epoxy phenol novolac resin modified with CTBN (carboxy terminated butadiene acrylonitrile) co-polymer. It possesses a relatively low viscosity, improvements in impact and thermal cycling resistance. It improves peel and tensile shear strengths. It possesses improved chemical and heat resistance. HYPOX® RF928 is used in automotive and industrial general & structural adhesives. HYPOX® RF1320 by Huntsman is epoxy phenol novolac resin modified with a CTBN elastomer. The adduct has epoxy functionality and provides improved toughness and impact resistance. It exhibits superior chemical resistance, particularly to 98% sulfuric acid, MEK, toluene, alcohols and other aggressive solvents. HYPOX® RF1320 is used in automotive and industrial general & structural adhesives. HYPOX® RA1340 by Huntsman is a high viscosity adduct of the diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and butadiene-acrylonitrile (CTBN) elastomer. The elastomer improves the toughness and impact, thermal shock and peel resistance of the DGEBA resin. It is compatible with all standard epoxy resins and curing agents. HYPOX® RA1340 is used in automotive mastic and general use industrial adhesives. HYPOX® RF933 by Huntsman is epoxy phenol novolac resin modified with CTBN. The rubber improves the toughness of cured epoxy formulations through development of two phases during cure. It provides improved chemical- and heat-resistance. HYPOX® RF933 is used in automotive and general industrial adhesives. HYPOX® RF1341 by Huntsman is epoxy phenol novolac resin modified with a CTBN elastomer. The adduct has epoxy functionality and provides improved toughness and impact resistance. It exhibits superior chemical resistance, particularly to 98% sulfuric acid, MEK, toluene, alcohols and other aggressive solvents. HYPOX® RF1341 is used in automotive and industrial general & structural adhesives.
