EMEROX® Ester 2130 by Emery Oleochemicals is an eco-friendly ester-based polyol. It is a hydrophobic extender and plasticizer. It offers excellent chemical and moisture resistance and excellent temperature stability with onset temperatures over 300°C. It shows superior low and high-temperature performance. It is compatible with hydrophobic polyols such as dimer and hydroxyl terminated butadiene-based polyols. It provides low moisture absorption, low viscosity and no shear thinning. It is highly efficient at cutting viscosity of systems containing hydrophobic polyols. It has a very high bio-content to help improve formulation sustainability as well as performance. EMEROX® Ester 2130 improves adhesion properties in adhesive systems. EMEROX® 14555 is a linear diol ethylene glycol (EG) azelate-based polyol by Emery Oleochemicals. It has a hydrophobic backbone structure and low viscosity when compared to an adipate equivalent. Offers good adhesion properties as well as chemical-, oxidation- and UV resistance in adhesive applications. EMEROX® 14555 shows a superior low temperature performance, low moisture absorption and moisture vapor transmission properties. EMEROX® 14001 by Emery Oleochemicals is an aliphatic polyester polyol with low viscosity and low functionality. It is eco-friendly and improves mold flow efficiency. It increases hydrophobicity with minimal hydrolytic degradation. Imparts excellent aliphatic as well as aromatic hydrocarbon resistance for ester foams and as supplements for ether foams. EMEROX® 14001 is widely used in adhesives. EMEROX® 14801 by Emery Oleochemicals is ethylene glycol dimerate polyol for applications where highly hydrophobic characteristics are required. It finds use in adhesive applications where chemical resistance and adhesion properties are desired. It shows a superior low temperature performance, low moisture absorption and moisture vapor transmission properties. It has low viscosity when compared to an adipate equivalent. EMEROX® 14801 is also resistant to UV and oxidation. EMEROX® 14050 by Emery Oleochemicals is an eco-friendly, branched EG azelate polyester polyol for ester foams with high elongation. It increases hydrophobicity with minimal hydrolytic degradation. Imparts excellent aliphatic as well as aromatic hydrocarbon resistance for ester foams and as supplements for ether foams. EMEROX® 14050 is widely used in adhesives. EMEROX® 14801 by Emery Oleochemicals is ethylene glycol dimerate polyol for applications where highly hydrophobic characteristics are required.
