EMEROX® Ester 2130

EMEROX® Ester 2130 by Emery Oleochemicals is an eco-friendly ester-based polyol. It is a hydrophobic extender and plasticizer. It offers excellent chemical and moisture resistance and excellent temperature stability with onset temperatures over 300°C. It shows superior low and high-temperature performance. It is compatible with hydrophobic polyols such as dimer and hydroxyl terminated butadiene-based polyols. It provides low moisture absorption, low viscosity and no shear thinning. It is highly efficient at cutting viscosity of systems containing hydrophobic polyols. It has a very high bio-content to help improve formulation sustainability as well as performance. EMEROX® Ester 2130 improves adhesion properties in adhesive systems.
