Eastman Effusion™ Plasticizer is a non-phthalate, mild odor plasticizer by Eastman. Provides lower plastisol viscosity, excellent low temperature flexibility, and fusion rates similar to typical high solvating plasticizers in vinyl formulations. It lowers glass transition temperature and provides comparable viscosity response to currently used plasticizers. Eastman Effusion™ Plasticizer is suitable for water-borne adhesives like graphic arts and indirect food contact adhesives. Listed on TSCA, DSL, MITI and IECSC inventories.
