Benzoflex™ 9-88 plasticizer by Eastman is a high solvating plasticizer. It is used in cyanoacrylate adhesives, latex caulks, polysulfide sealants, polyurethane adhesives and polyurethane sealants. Benzoflex™ 131 plasticizer by Eastman is isodecyl benzoate which acts as a plasticizer. It is a water-insoluble clear, low viscous organic liquid with mild ester odor. It is compatible with PVC and is used as a low viscosity plasticizer for plastisols or as a low viscosity, high-solvating plasticizer. It is incompatible with strong oxidizing agents. Applications include peroxides as well as PVC plastisols. Benzoflex™ 131 plasticizer is listed in TSCA (US Toxic Substances Control Act), DSL (Canadian Domestic Substances List), AICS / NICNAS (Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances and National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme), ECL (Korean Toxic Substances Control Act), PICCS (Philippines Inventory) and IECSC (Inventory of Existing Chemical Substances in China) inventory bodies. Benzoflex™ 352 plasticizer by Eastman is a white flake solid plasticizer. Designed for hot-melt adhesives and sealants. All components of Benzoflex™ 352 plasticizer are listed in TSCA, DSL, CEPA, ECL, IECSC. Benzoflex™ PS-502 plasticizer by Eastman is a non-phthalate plasticizer. It is designed for the B-component of two-component polysulfide sealants. It is effective at keeping the curing agent within the B-component dispersed. Benzoflex™ PS-502 plasticizer provides a good viscosity match with the polysulfide prepolymer and other ingredients within the A-component. Benzoflex™ 2088 plasticizer by Eastman is a high solvating plasticizer known for its exceptional performance in PVC, polyvinyl acetate and water-based adhesive systems. Offers excellent wet tack, set times and open times and also improves adhesion in acrylic latex caulks. In PVC it serves as a fast fuser, delivering low processing temperatures and low volatility. Used in latex and polysulfide sealants, PSA, PVAc water-based adhesives, PVC plastisol sealant and VAE water-based adhesives. All components of Benzoflex™ 2088 plasticizer is listed in TSCA, DSL & CEPA, AICS/ NICNAS, ECL, PICCS and IECSC. Benzoflex™ PS-507 plasticizer by Eastman is a benzoate non-phthlate plasticizer. It is specifically formulated for use in adhesives, single pack and 2K polysulfide sealants. When properly formulated, Benzoflex™ PS-507 plasticizer can be used to replace the plasticizers currently utilized in the A-side of 2K-formulations. Benzoflex™ VP-953 plasticizer by Eastman is a plasticizer specifically designed for vinyl plastisol applications. It is an excellent alternative to high solvating phthalate plasticizers. Benzoflex™ VP-953 plasticizer is used in adhesives, sealants and flexible pvc compounds. Benzoflex™ TPU-405 plasticizer by Eastman is a plasticizer. Designed for TPU applications that require an extension of the durometer range, modification of the melt rheology characteristics, easier processing, and cost effective extension of the TPU. Exhibits low color for transparent or color-sensitive applications. All components of Benzoflex™ TPU-405 plasticizer are listed on TSCA, DSL, AICS / NICNAS, ECL, PICCS and IECSC chemical inventories. It may be used in foam, clear or wear layers. Benzoflex™ 2-45 Plasticizer by Eastman is oxydiethylene dibenzoate. It is an excellent solvator for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and also shows compatibility with it. Flexible vinyl formulations which are based on this plasticizer can be processed quicker and at lower temperatures than vinyl based on a di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate. Benzoflex™ 2-45 Plasticizer is resistant to extraction from the vinyl by aliphatic and oily solvents and thickens the polyvinyl acetate emulsions due to which the adhesives are comparatively stable. Benzoflex™ 50 plasticizer by Eastman is a versatile benzoate ester plasticizer. It is known for its exceptional performance in polyvinyl acetate and water-based adhesives. It is used in EVA water-based adhesives, latex caulks and PVAc water-based adhesives. All components of Benzoflex™ 50 plasticizer are listed in TSCA, DSL, AICS/NICNAS, ECL, PICCS and IECSC.
