Doversperse 3-NR by Dover Chemical (ICC Industries) contain 40% available chlorine respectively for maximum flame retardant efficiency. It is an aqueous emulsion of liquid chlorinated paraffin of medium chain length.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Because of its non-ionic base, it is useful in both anionic and cationic emulsion systems.</li><li>It can improve adhesion, imparts water & chemical resistance to a number of products including adhesives and allows the user to formulate aqueous rather than solvent based systems.</li> <li>Doversperse 3-NR is recommended for plasticizing and tackifying.</li></ul> Non-ionic water dispersed chlorinated paraffin.
