Bis (2,4-dicumylphenyl) pentaerythritol diphosphite. Acts as a phosphite secondary antioxidant. Possesses high molecular weight, low volatility and high phosphorous content. Provides superior thermal stability under extended high temperature conditions, very good atmospheric and in-polymer hydrolytic stability. Also provides outstanding processing protection against discoloration & thermal degradation, very good color and melt flow stability.
High purity, trisnonylphenylphosphite(0.75% triisopropanolamine and less than 0.1% residual nonyl phenol). Acts as a heat stabilizer. It gives very good final color & has low free nonylphenol content and provides improved hydrolytic stability. It prevent black specks when used in a water emulsion for stabilizing polymers. It is compatible with PVC, ABS, nylon, elastomers, polyolefins, polycarbonates, polyurethane, polystyrenes and polyethylene terephthalate. The recommended usage is 0.05 to 3.00%.
